In The Beginning....

Ok, so maybe I shouldn't go there...but for me starting a blog...it's been a little challenging! I have been thinking of doing this for a few weeks now but have been too chicken to hit the "create blog" button on my friends blog. Tonight, I finally said "Self, Just Do it!" And here I am. Now, It may take me a little longer to get the fine details figured out...like putting a picture next to the "about me section". I thought about putting a picture of my GSP, Annie to see if anyone would notice the difference :).
But...Hey lookie there...I did figure out how to put a picture in a post. That's the coolest thing! This was my mom's birthday present this past year. I wrapped it with lime green wrapping paper and stamped with Petal Pack stamps from theangelcompany. Made the tag and the flower from the Big Shot and did a little writting and doodling with my white pen.
This is kinda fun! Who cares that right this moment I am talking to no one but myself because no one knows this blogs exsists! This may end up being good therapy at the end of the day!

Guess this is a night of firsts; your first Blog and my first visit to a Blog; as a "stamp artist" you have demonstrated many sides of your talent; I have shared your work with my friends and they are impressed; keep up the good work.

How exciting to see how much we have all grown creatively. I have you to thank for starting me in this wonderful hobby- all because of a last minute stop at a garage sale with ak! :) dm
