Advent Calendar...Yeap I'm Behind Again!

I am behind...most people doing advent calendars...well they had them done done so they could start using them at the beginning of advent...not me! But I am extremely happy to have this project done and very proud of it as it was one of those things that was high on my priority list.
I used a small bulletin board--the ones you can buy from wal-mart pretty cheap. I painted the edges black.
I covered the board with desired paper (Basic Grey Blitzen) and added my words.

The numbers are computer generated and punched with a circle punch. I used the SU scallop punch for the scallop circles. Underneath the numbers (picture below) are activities to do to celebrate the Christmas holiday and to help us keep in mind as a family the true meaning of the season.
