I have been doing a little blog hopping lately, looking for new (at least new to me anyway) inspiration. There are so many wonderful sites out there. One of the things that I have found most helpful are sketches.
To me it is the little bit of instruction I need to make something decent and sometimes even something great. I applaud all of those out there that have the talent and vision to create these little numbers for the rest of the world to use. This sketch is from 2S4Y
I saw this sketch at he beginning of the week and knew immediately what I wanted to do with it. It's just taken me all week to get there. I knew I wanted to use my jar set from PTI. I decided a little candy corn was in order...fits the season. And I decided to go a little sideways with it. So here is my creation. I like it!
Stamps: PTI Friendship Jars and Fall Fillers
Paper: Hobby Lobby Patterned Paper, black and only Orange card stock
Misc: Dots embossing folder from quikutz, sewing, button and scrappers floss
Ink: Momento Black, Copic Y17 and YR07

Great card! Love how you used the fall fillers set. The polka dots are a great detail!
This is so cool! Love the candy corn, great job on coloring those! The sewing on the black is such a great touch and so is the button! Love the polka dotted paper too. Fab card!
