I decided to play around with a technique that Jennifer McGuire featured on a video.

I decided to use the Protea Background stamp from Erin Lee Creative with this technique. 

I used Distress Ink for the color and a mister with water and Perfect Pearls. 

The die cut sentiment is from The Greeting Farm.
