Reverse Confetti Color Challenge

Yeah! I am making progress on my "to do" list for the weekend.
One of the many things on my list was to complete a challenge and I liked this one..pair this with the fact that I recently purchased my first Confetti stamps, good combination to begin getting into challenges again.
I've wanted the Inner Rock Star Stamp Set for some time. It's will be perfect for making cards for my girl and others her age! I because I wanted to attempt some water droplet I used water based ink. I blended SU! Pixie Pink and Summertime Yellow on white card stock. I then threw a little water on the piece. I didn't get depth of water mark that I had desired  so I decided to give it a another shot.
This time I took the guitar stamp out of the stamp set and drenched it in water then stamped it on the blended ink. Below you can make out the guitar shape right above the right wing, Kinda cool!
Let the piece dry, finish the stamping, add some stitching, colored banners, sequins and paper gloss---card done!!
I'd like to say it was that quick but it wasn't. You see I did this piece about 10 times to get the right ink blend and then to learn it had to dry...always let your projects dry before adding the black ink on top. That's my stamp lesson learned this weekend.
Thank you for stopping by my blog!

Your background turned out amazing Eva! Thank you for sharing your teaching talent at the retreat......the girls learned that it is super easy to "blend"!
